TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
Participants will develop their creativity skills, use of technology, teamwork, and time management abilities. Volunteers will also receive training on new media techniques and will be supported within the scope of fieldwork activities.
In addition, under the guidance of mentors and experts, they will receive training designed to foster a social-scientific perspective that enhances their problem-solving skills. Topics such as digital transformation, sustainable environment, green skills, and participation in democratic life will also be part of the training.
All training processes will be planned together according to the needs of the participating volunteer. Furthermore, each participant will be able to choose which training they wish to receive.
