Anadolu Federation organized an Education Workshop hosted by Bülbülzade Foundation. Unit presidents and members attended the workshop. In the workshop, education in civil society, education processes, academic career planning and thematic reading were discussed.
In the workshop where workshops were held on various topics, ideas were exchanged on issues such as diversifying the level of knowledge in educational processes, informing educators about the goals and objectives of the Anatolian Federation, keeping the awareness of maturing educators on the road (in the process) and keeping their level of maturity alive, continuing their nutrition based on revelation and morality, gaining qualifications to continue cooperation with academia and knowledge centers to produce and disseminate knowledge, increasing the level of responsibility and action of educators in the target audience of our work against social decay. In addition, expectations from volunteers were discussed in order to achieve outputs in concrete areas such as reading comprehension and putting what they understand into practice, being aware of the responsibilities arising from volunteering, knowing that they need to renew themselves in their fields of interest, acquiring competence in line with the principles and objectives in the main themes of “Effective speech, qualified people and permanent work” and participating in activities within this scope. In the last session of the three-day workshop, the workshops were consolidated.
