On Thursday, June 27th, a comprehensive e-commerce training was organized at Islahiye Yaşam 1 Container Center for the trainers of Bülbülzade Foundation Islahiye Biçki Dikiş Workshops. The training was given by Nlksoft E-Commerce company expert and computer engineer Esra Ayık Doğan.
The training provided detailed information on entrepreneurship, the inclusion of handcrafted products in the e-commerce environment, marketing strategies and sales techniques. Esra Ayık Doğan explained to the participants how to use e-commerce platforms, how to exhibit products and how to increase online sales with examples and practical explanations. In addition, topics such as the effective use of digital marketing tools and customer relationship management were also discussed.
At the end of the training, the participants had the opportunity to ask the expert about the topics they were curious about with the question-answer section. The program ended with answers to the questions of the trainers and interactive discussions. This training was an important step for the participants to deliver their handcrafted products to a wider audience and to benefit from the advantages of e-commerce.
