Officials from the Bülbülzade Foundation and the Anatolian Federation paid a visit to Aleppo, which has recently regained its freedom.
Foundation President Turgay Aldemir and a group of officials first visited the Anatolian Cultural Center in Al-Bab. After receiving information from the officials about the work carried out at the center, a breakfast session was organized.
Afterwards, the delegation performed Friday prayers at Rawda Mosque in the center of Aleppo. After the prayer, the delegation met with the people on the streets of Aleppo, distributed gifts to children and chatted with the residents.
Another important stop of the visit was the office of Aleppo Governor Abdulwahab Daas. During the meeting, information was received about the new page opened by Aleppo after the fall of the Assad regime, the difficulties experienced in the reconstruction process, humanitarian needs and efforts to revitalize social life.
Information was given about the activities of Bülbülzade Foundation for Syrian citizens in Turkey and in safe areas since 2011 until this new process.
After the visit to the governor, the delegation attended the events organized in Aleppo's famous Sadullah Al-Jabiri Square for the liberation of Syria. At the end of the day, after meetings with prominent figures of the region, the delegation went to Aleppo Castle. The visit ended with a group photo taken at Aleppo Castle.
