The Bülbülzade Foundation delegation continued its European engagements in Brussels within the scope of the Erasmus+ program. Meeting with Maarif Belgium, the delegation reached full agreement on cooperation in education and cultural projects.
In line with its goal of strengthening civil society and educational networks across Europe, the Bülbülzade Vakfı and Association carried out another significant visit in Belgium following Germany. As part of the KA151 Erasmus+ Youth Mobility projects, the Bülbülzade delegation, present in Brussels, visited the Belgian Representation of the Türkiye Maarif Vakfı.
DECISION FOR JOINT ACTION IN EDUCATION
Foundation President Turgay Aldemir and his accompanying delegation were hosted by Maarif Belgium Representative Büşra Doğan. During the meeting, the activities carried out by both institutions in Europe were discussed, and a joint decision was made to act together particularly in supporting the education and cultural development of the younger generation. In his remarks during the visit, Turgay Aldemir emphasized the importance of inter-institutional experience sharing in international projects.
PROJECTS BEING SCHEDULED
At the end of the visit, consensus was reached on taking concrete steps toward cooperation in the fields of education and culture. The Bülbülzade Foundation and Maarif Belgium are planning to organize youth exchanges and joint cultural events in the upcoming period.
