Graduating from the Department of Electronic Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 1990, Abdurrahman Bulut spent twenty years of his thirty-year information technologies career abroad. Having held senior positions at Microsoft in Canada and Saudi Arabia, the experienced figure has been focusing on the philosophy of technology since 2020.
