As Bülbülzade Foundation, we support the international convoy that set out from Srebrenica to draw attention to the blockade in Palestine.
The civil solidarity movement launched with the call to end the long-standing occupation and blockade in Palestine continues to grow. The "Palestine Convoy" initiative, which set out from Srebrenica in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of reaching the West Bank, is bringing together people of conscience from around the world. As Bülbülzade Foundation, we stand by this just international solidarity and the march for freedom of our brothers and sisters.
THE COMMON CONSCIENCE OF HUMANITY
The convoy, which departed from Bosnia and Herzegovina in recent days and reached Türkiye via the Balkans, represents the common conscience of humanity throughout its route. Following Türkiye, this journey, which is planned to continue through Iraq and Jordan and arrive in Palestine on 21 August, is a highly valuable step taken against oppression.
WE WHOLEHEARTEDLY SALUTE
The major gathering to be held in Başakşehir, Istanbul, on Thursday, 30 July, at 7:00 p.m. will also constitute one of the most important stops of this solidarity in our country. As an institution, we fully support this convoy, which transcends borders and unites consciences, and we wholeheartedly salute all participants who stand united for Palestine. We wish our brothers and sisters, who have set out on the path of justice, success in reaching the destination of this journey that carries hope.
