Turgay Aldemir, Chairman of the Bülbülzade Foundation; Mehmet Ali Eminoğlu, Chairman of BEKAM (Science, Education, Culture Research Center); Rabia Aldemir, Chairwoman of the Mosaic Women’s Association; and the accompanying delegation paid a congratulations visit to Önder Arpacı, who was recently appointed as the Gaziantep Provincial Director of National Education.
During the visit, information was shared regarding the educational, cultural, artistic, and academic activities carried out by the Bülbülzade Foundation in Gaziantep, as well as the activities it has conducted in the Nurdağı and İslahiye districts since the first days of the earthquake. Developments were also conveyed regarding humanitarian aid efforts carried out in the field of migration in Syria, the Aleppo Anatolian Cultural Center scheduled to open in January, and the educational activities of Anatolian Cultural Centers operating in other cities.
Following the visit, Turgay Aldemir, Chairman of the Bülbülzade Foundation, presented Önder Arpacı, the Gaziantep Provincial Director of National Education, with the books “Being a Family” and “The Future of the Family Hearth” in recognition of the Year of the Family.
