The academy’s education staff and project team, who will train the media professionals of the future, came together to determine the roadmap for the new term.
Setting out with the vision of guiding young people who want to make their own stories heard by the world, the “Young Career and Digital Media Skills Academy” continues its preparations with great care. The preparatory meeting, organized to clarify the operational process and training schedule of the academy, implemented by ANTEB (Anatolian Technical and Office Employees Association) with the support of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Interior, was held with the participation of the project team and educators. During the meeting, the importance of going beyond providing young people with only technical competencies and instilling in them a professional spirit and vision was emphasized.
AN INSPIRING JOURNEY
The common feeling of the team gathered around the meeting table was a deep belief in the potential within young people and the sincere excitement that comes with having the opportunity to guide them. While the educators already felt the pride of passing on their professional experiences to the new generation, they also discussed in detail how they could support young people in finding their own voices in the digital world. During the discussions, in which the academic schedule was meticulously planned, the aim was for each lesson to leave a lasting mark on the young people’s career journeys. This strong synergy that emerged during the meeting revealed that the academy would be an inspiring transformation journey for its participants rather than an ordinary program.
