The Safe Zones Summer School started on July 1, 2024 in the cities of Azaz, Jarabulus, Afrin and Al-Bab with approximately 500 students. This program, which continues five days a week, aims to increase students' knowledge as well as improve their psychomotor skills through various workshops.
Students are offered a wide range of courses including the Holy Quran, Siyer, History of the Prophets, Worship, Geography, Traffic and Environmental Education, First Aid and Values Education. The education program aims for students to reinforce their theoretical knowledge and to learn how to behave in these places by seeing what they have learned in practice through cultural visits.
The program also includes workshops and sports activities such as Handicraft Workshop, Wood Painting, Music Workshop, Archery and Horse Riding. These workshops help students gain skills that will make their lives easier in daily life and improve their ability to work together.
The Safe Zones Summer School aims to support both the spiritual and physical development of students and ensure that they have a full and productive summer.
