Architect Wafa Affas met with Bülbülzade Foundation President Turgay Aldemir on behalf of Aleppo mothers and conveyed her thanks for the foundation’s support.
Bülbülzade Foundation, which has always demonstrated solidarity during the processes experienced in Syria, hosted a meaningful meeting. Architect Wafa Affas, who came to the foundation representing Aleppo mothers, was welcomed by Foundation President Turgay Aldemir. The meeting, in which gratitude for years of support was shared, was a strong reflection of the bonds between the two communities.
A PROMISE OF VOLUNTEERING
During the visit, Architect Wafa Affas stated that Bülbülzade Foundation had always stood by Syrian and Aleppo mothers for fifteen years. Presenting the gift she brought on behalf of Aleppo mothers to Turgay Aldemir, Affas emphasized that the foundation’s valuable support continues today with the same determination. Expressing her gratitude during this meeting, Affas added that she would like to take part voluntarily in every activity of the foundation in the period ahead.
Foundation President Turgay Aldemir expressed his pleasure with the visit and stated that the efforts carried out to support Syrian women would continue without slowing down.
