The fourth of the Child Life Centers established by our Foundation for children in earthquake zones was opened in Nurdağı with the support of the Swiss Eid Forum Association.
The opening program was attended by Nurdağı Coordinator District Governor Ayşe İrem Çetin, President of Bülbülzade Foundation Turgay Aldemir, President of Swiss Eid Forum Association Gökmen Gökdemir, families affected by the earthquake, children and our volunteers who have been working in the region since the first day.
Before the opening program, April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day was celebrated with games played and songs sung with the children affected by the earthquake under the coordination of volunteer educators.
The Children's Life Center, which was opened as a gift for April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day for children living in Nurdağı, one of the regions most affected by the February 6th earthquakes, was designed as a play, activity and education area for children.
