Gaziantep MP Bünyamin Bozgeyik, Founding Undersecretary of the Ministry of Family Kenan Bozgeyik, Kadooğlu Holding Chairman Celal Kadooğlu and Acarsan Holding Board Member Mesut Acar visited the Syrian Turkmen Assembly, Cobanbey Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Cobanbey Customs Directorate within the scope of their contacts in the region.
During the visits, discussions were held on the economic potential of the region, commercial vitality and strengthening cross-border cooperation. While consultations were held on industrial and trade projects that will contribute to the development of Çobanbey, evaluations were also made on the efficiency and security of customs processes.
During the meeting with the Syrian Turkmen Assembly, the delegation was informed about the socio-cultural structure of the Turkmen community in the region and their activities in the fields of education and local governance. The delegation expressed their support for any initiative that will contribute to the peace and stabilization process of the Turkmen community.
During the visits, the delegation expressed their wish to increase mutual cooperation and solidarity, and exchanged ideas on joint projects to be developed with civil and administrative structures in the region.
At the end of the meetings, a plaque was presented by Turgay Aldemir, President of the Anatolian Federation.
