Summer Activities Continue

Within the scope of Bülbülzade Foundation's cultural activities, the summer activities that started on June 30, 2025 continue. Summer activities, consisting of 64 activities under 23 titles, take place in 19 summer schools in 10 different regions, while 21 summer camps for children and families are organized in 11 different regions.

CENTRAL SUMMER SCHOOL

At Bülbülzade Foundation Summer School, students receive values education in areas such as the Holy Quran, siyar, etiquette, basic religious knowledge, philosophy for children, STEM, signs in the universe, English with games and digital media literacy, while participating in programs that include activities such as art workshops, sports, kitchen workshops, music courses, camping and swimming.

In addition to teaching basic religious knowledge and reinforcing it practically, the summer school aims to provide children with certain skills and abilities. In addition, one of the main objectives of the summer activities is to help children establish healthy relationships with people, nature and other living creatures.

KATRE ART CENTER SUMMER SCHOOL

Students attending Katre Art Center Summer School take courses in baglama, guitar, violin, piano, robotic coding and painting. In these courses, which are organized according to the age group and interests of the target audience, the educational content is shaped according to the level of the student (beginner, intermediate, advanced), individual goals and the duration of the education.

The main purpose of Katre Art Center Summer School is to enable children to discover and develop their artistic talents, increase their imagination and facilitate the expression of their emotions through art. In addition, the Summer School aims to increase children's cultural and artistic awareness and to provide them with social skills such as teamwork, sharing and discipline.

STABILITY SPORTS CLUB SUMMER SCHOOL

Students participating in the İstikrar Sports Summer School, where sports activities are carried out, receive training in volleyball, basketball, swimming, taekwondo and karate branches. Students, who learn the rules of the sports branches they are trained in, have the opportunity to practice in these branches.

The main purpose of the Istikrar Sports Summer School is to enable students to grasp the unifying power of sports and to contribute to carrying this understanding into their amateur sports lives. It is also aimed to reinforce the education received during the summer school with participation in sports events and competitions to be organized throughout the year.

BİLİMDER SUMMER SCHOOL

Bilim Youth Education, Social Health, Culture, Solidarity and Solidarity Association (Bilimder) continues its summer school activities. In Bilimder Summer School, students are given lessons on the Holy Quran, siyar, etiquette and basic religious knowledge.

The main purpose of Bilimder Summer School is to introduce the basic values and moral principles of Islam to children in an instructive way, to support their spiritual development and to reinforce values such as empathy, cooperation and responsibility. At the same time, the aim is to make learning enjoyable and permanent.

EARTHQUAKE ZONE SUMMER SCHOOLS

Earthquake Zone Summer Schools are being conducted in Nurdağı and İslâhiye, where the foundation has been actively working since the first day of the earthquake. Our summer school, which will continue between June 30 - August 1, 2025, is carried out in the earthquake zone with the contributions of volunteer teachers.

Within the scope of summer activities in the earthquake zone, programs including the Holy Quran, sports, camping, music, values education, drama and art workshops are being implemented. The summer school aims to help children learn national and spiritual values, develop life skills and overcome earthquake trauma through art and sports activities.

SEMT-IBRAHIMLI SUMMER SCHOOL

Aiming to increase social solidarity in Ibrahimli, Semt-i Ibrahimli Association continues its summer school activities. In Semt-i Ibrahimli Summer School, students are given lessons on the Holy Quran, siyar, etiquette and basic religious knowledge. In addition, students participate in marbling art, rhythm exercises, English, digital literacy, mind and intelligence games, as well as sports activities such as swimming and taekwondo.

Through values education, Semt-i İbrahimli Summer School aims to support students' social, cultural and spiritual development, improve their personal and social skills, increase their faith and community belonging and strengthen their cooperation skills.

ANATOLIAN CULTURE CENTERS SUMMER SCHOOL

Summer Schools, which are planned within the scope of cultural and educational activities of Bülbülzade Foundation, continue in the safe regions of Syria and Anatolian Cultural Centers operating in Gaziantep. The summer school, which will last from July 1 to August 20, 2025, is being held in the cities of Al-Bab, Afrin, Azaz and Jarablus in Syria with the contributions of volunteer teachers, and in the Anatolian Cultural Centers located in Narlıtepe, Taşlıca, Selahattin Eyyubi and Gazikent regions of Gaziantep.

Within the scope of the Anatolian Cultural Centers Summer School, social and cultural activities as well as Quran, Turkish-Arabic language courses, mathematics in nature, informatics, swimming, horse riding, archery, wood painting, handicrafts and mosaic courses are held at the Anatolian Cultural Centers operating in Gaziantep and Syria. The summer school aims to help children learn national and spiritual values, improve their life skills through art and sports activities, adopt the understanding of “we, not me” with the awareness of solidarity, and increase their level of active citizenship and social awareness with the awareness of social contribution.

In addition to all these activities, various seminars and cultural days are organized, and in-service training seminars for summer school educators are also held. Starting on June 30, 2025, Bülbülzade Foundation Summer School will continue until August 01, 2025.
