AÖB Secondary Education Unit “Journey to Him” Book Review
28 Aralık 2024
Anatolian Student Union Secondary Education Unit analyzed Turgay Aldemir's book “Journey to O'na” with high school students. Necip Sohbet and Mira Çelik presented the analysis program hosted by Bülbülzade Foundation under the moderation of Nesibe Çetinkaya.“The work, which presents important sections from the life of the Prophet, calls people of all ages to take advice and travel to Him with its exemplary parables. He was a value that sprouted from the bosom of the society he lived in. His trade was characterized by trust. This trust also manifested itself in his generosity and humility in his neighborliness. Because he would never go to bed hungry while his neighbor was hungry. He put servitude at the center of his life. He emphasized qiyam at night and sıyam (fasting) during the day. His righteous deeds encompassed every aspect of his life. His practical life was also in integrity and harmony with life. He was the master of the universe, the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (peace be upon him). Our duty today is to turn our direction towards him and travel to him.”
